19th Hole Catering Company strives to provide exceptional quality and service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

1. Catering Services & Food Truck Events
All deposits and payments made for catering services or food truck events are non-refundable once confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, booking deposits, setup fees, and prepayments for ingredients and preparation time.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future booking, at our discretion.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance food preparation and staffing commitments.
2. Custom Orders & Gift Baskets
All custom orders (including gift baskets, holiday products, and made-to-order goods) are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue through a replacement or credit.
3. Packaged Goods (Jams, Jerky, Artisan Items)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or handled.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
4. No Guarantees on Event Changes
Menu or service adjustments requested after confirmation are subject to approval and may incur additional fees. Refunds are not provided for changes in guest count, weather conditions, or third-party cancellations.
